Cookies are small text files placed on your device. We use essential cookies that are needed to make the store work — for example to remember who you are after you log in, let you browse between products, remember what's in your basket, monitor performance, and keep your data secure. These first-party cookies don't require your consent, and without them we couldn't give you the smooth experience you expect.
We also use non-essential cookies for analytics, personalisation and marketing. Under the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR) we only set these with your consent. You're welcome to create an account. It confirms your interest in our store, and it means we can remember your information so you don't have to enter it again each time you shop — you just log in. You can withdraw your consent and delete your account at any time; just contact us at privacy@artway.co.uk.
We will occasionally send you details of new products and special offers, where you've consented to hear from us. You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any marketing email. Opting out of marketing won't stop service messages relating to orders you've placed.
If a product you're interested in is out of stock, you can sign up to be notified when it's available again by entering your email address on the product page. By doing so, you're giving us your consent to email you when the product is back in stock.
We use a separate mailing list for back-in-stock notifications, used solely for these alerts — we won't use it to send you marketing emails or promotions unless you separately sign up for those. You can unsubscribe from back-in-stock notifications at any time using the unsubscribe link in every notification email. If you'd like your data removed from this list entirely, please contact us.
If you've started to buy one of our products but haven't completed the purchase, you may have provided partial information such as your email address. In that case we might send you an email to remind you about your interest. If you'd rather not receive these, we'll give you a simple opportunity to opt out and will stop sending them right away.
If you've completed a purchase, we may send you an email asking you to review the product you bought, so that — whether you love it or have a complaint — you can share your opinion with other customers.
