STUDIO is our core range for everyday drawing, art and design: white 170gsm cartridge sketchbooks, casebound or spiral-bound, with greyboard covers wrapped in black cloth that resists warping. They come from A6 twin packs up to A3, plus two square sizes.
For wet media there's the STUDIO '35' watercolour book in 300gsm cold pressed paper with 35% cotton, and 240gsm mixed media sketchbooks, pads and paper packs. The range also includes an A5 concertina, a 270gsm black paper sketchbook, and loose 170gsm cartridge and 300gsm white card up to A1.
For pencil, pen and charcoal, the 170gsm cartridge books. If you add ink washes or light paint, the 240gsm mixed media books. For proper watercolour, the STUDIO '35' with 300gsm cotton paper.
Mounting and presenting work, and detailed graphic and illustration work. It's a thick 300gsm card with a bright white, smooth uncoated surface.
