To allow us time to prepare your orders please collect from 10am onward, or if you have placed a large order collection after 12pm. All collections are from our warehouse in Melksham, Wiltshire (address found at the bottom of the page).

Orders will be shipped within 1 working day and sent on a next working day service. Orders will be sent via Royal Mail or by Courier where appropriate.*

With the increased delivery charges and tariffs post Brexit combined with a packaging tax being introduced in a number of countries in the EU then we have have made the difficult decision to not ship to individual private customers outside of the UK.

Wholesale Orders for Customers in Europe and Ireland

If you would like to place a wholesale order (minimum order is €1500) and are based outside of the UK then please contact us and we will provide you with a shipping cost for your order. Wholesale orders benefit from 35% off of our standard pricing.

You have the right to cancel your contract with us within 14 days of receipt of your goods. We regret that returned goods cannot be accepted without prior authorisation. Please contact us on 01225 819241 to arrange the return of your goods and to receive your refund. The goods must be returned to us within 14 days of you contacting us and we will refund your money within 14 days of us receiving the goods back. The goods must be in the same condition as you received them for full credit allowance. 

The return of such items is the full responsibility of the customer, and the goods must be securely packaged to ensure that they arrive back to us undamaged. Please also obtain proof of postage. If the goods are not faulty (ie it is a remorse return) then the purchaser is responsible for paying the cost of the return postage. If cancelling after 14 days and the goods are not faulty then an administration fee of £2.50 will be deducted from your refund and any charge for delivery will not be refunded.
