Returns policy
We hope that you’re happy with your order but we understand that sometimes items need to be returned. If you’re not entirely satisfied with a product or simply change your mind, please notify us within 30 days of receipt of your order to arrange a return. Unfortunately we’re unable to accept returns that exceed 30 days.
Returned items must be unopened, unused, and in a resalable condition. We will process a full refund within 3-5 working days of receipt of the return and notify you once this has been actioned. Please note that we can’t accept returns on the following:
- Clearance items
- Non-mint items
- Repackaged items
- Gift vouchers
As a small family-owned business we regret that we’re unable to refund the original shipping cost. Please note that return postage is at your own expense via your chosen carrier. We advise you to use a tracked service and obtain proof of postage as we cannot be held liable for items lost or damaged in transit. For the most cost effective services we recommend using Royal Mail for items under 2kg and DHL or DPD for items weighing 2-5kg.

Faulty Goods:
We’re sorry that your order isn’t up to our high standards. If you have received a faulty item, and by that we mean one that is not fit for purpose or not as described, you are entitled to return it for a full refund or a replacement. Please notify us of any faulty goods within 14 days of receipt of your order. You can contact us via websales@artway.co.uk or by calling 01225 819241 and one of the team will be happy to assist you.
Damaged Goods:
Occasionally items can sustain damage in transit and we’re very sorry if this is the case with your order. If you have received a damaged item, please notify us by sending an email to websales@artway.co.uk or by calling 01225 819241. Please note that damages must be reported within 7 days of receipt of the order.
