Pentel Oil Pastels in a range of vivid, fade-resistant colours. These soft and creamy pastel sticks offer a smooth laydown of colour and can be blended using cotton buds, tortillon or your fingers. Thin if required with mineral spirits.
Suitable for most art surfaces including specialist pastel paper, watercolour paper and cartridge paper, as well as canvas and board. Can be used with watercolours and oil paints. Slow drying time.
