What's the minimum order for a bespoke kit?
There isn't a hard minimum, but bespoke kits make most sense from around 15 students upwards. Below that, our standard kits are usually the better-value option.
How long does it take to get a quote?
3–5 working days is our standard turnaround, often faster. If you're up against a deadline, tell us in the form and we'll prioritise.
What if I don't have a kit list yet?
That's fine — many of our customers come to us without a formal art materials list or art equipment list. Just a syllabus or a rough description is enough. We'll suggest a kit based on the course and the level of student, and you can tweak from there.
Can students pay individually rather than the institution?
Yes. We can set up a unique product link on artway.co.uk so students buy and pay direct at a pre-agreed price. Many institutions prefer this — no internal procurement, no money handling.
What are the payment terms?
For schools, colleges and universities, we offer purchase order with 30-day payment terms as standard. For other customer types we accept card or pro-forma invoice.
Will you source items you don't currently stock?
Yes — sourcing items outside our catalogue is part of the service, at no extra charge. If we can find it, we'll quote for it.
Do you deliver across the UK?
Yes. We deliver to any UK mainland address and can arrange staggered drops or a single induction-week delivery to suit your timetable.
Do you supply art materials to schools and sixth forms too?
Yes — alongside our work with universities and art colleges, we supply bespoke kits and bulk art materials to secondary schools and sixth forms, including matched kits for GCSE Art and A-Level Art coursework. Tell us your year groups and student numbers and we'll quote.
